Who is Edward Mitchell?
A former weightlifting champion while in the Marine Core Edward is not what many would imagine as to what a smart guy and inventor should look like. Yet Edward Mitchell has dedicated the past several years to unraveling the secrets of the late water fuel inventor Stanely A. Meyer’s technology and succeeded in doing so.

Can Water really run a car?
Hydrogen gas is even more explosive than gasoline is and if run into a carburetor it will run a car but due to its properties it is safer to use than gasoline is. What burns in gasoline is hydrogen as gasoline is a hydrocarbon, composed of hydrogen and carbon atoms. The carbon is the greasy gunk that clogs the engine and becomes the black gas in the exhaust, the hydrogen and oxygen atoms is what makes the engine move when they are combined by spark or heat ignition to form the water molecules. What is water? a combination of hydrogen and oxygen. Looking at it that way water as fuel makes perfect sense.
Stan Meyers knew that water was the perfect fuel for a car and his faith carried him through to an immense breakthrough. He had his buggy running on water for years. The challenge here is to learn there is a new process that takes less electricity to break the bonds of the water molecules which makes it possible to run off of the cars electrical system by the car’s charging system (generator/alternator/battery) as the car is running. The standard efficiency is called the Faraday constant, named after the English scientist Michael Faraday over 200 years ago and now after all those years something new is primed to take its place.
Several inventors such as Bob Boyce, Dave Lawton, Ravi, and Scott Cramton have all succeeded in getting past the Faraday constant of hydrogen production efficiency, with rates has high as 2000%. Yet even at 2000% it is still not high enough to run a car on water alone. Despite this inventors still continue down this path of electrolysis alone.
Edward calls this the Exciter Array (ER) as so called in the patents but it is better known as the water fuel capacitor (WFC). For everyone else this would be the entire fuel cell. This device is used as a capacitor to bring the atoms that make up the water molecules into a state of ionization which in turns breaks the bonds of the water molecules by a physical process unlike electrolysis which is a chemical process.
Edward Mitchell after several years of intensive study of Meyer’s patents and even more intensive prayer finally cracked the Mayer code. Turns out it is not electrolysis at all but rather a unique way of ionizing the atoms that make up the water molecules.
When the atoms that make up the water molecules go into ionization they let go other their bonds and this is the process that is believed to be taking place between each of the plates of the WFC.
The device used by Meyer to raise the energy level of the reaction in the combustion chamber is called the, “Gas Processor.” The Gas Processor uses an array of LED’s at certain specific wavelengths that are absorbed by the oxygen atoms and electricity to excite and energize the oxygen gas atoms being drawn into the intake system, stripping from them up to five electrons thus raising the energy level when reacted in this unstable state with hydrogen which produces far more than energy than gasoline is capable of achieving.
The device is also coupled with something Meyer calls, “The Electron Extraction Circuit,” which is capable of taking the electrons away from the atoms while in an ionized state and in science it is known if you lower the mass of an atom you increase its energy content. This process is at the core of how photosynthesis works and thus the key to all life on the planet. This process is also how air ionizers work. Risks and Challenges: The Proof of Principle was demonstrated in Stanley Meyer’s original water splitting devices as hydrogen fuel was extracted from water with his Electrical Polarization invention that was documented in his patents through the mode of operability. True Green Solutions is simply reproducing the water splitting technology for use by the general public. Edward Mitchell has already built a working prototype and is now refining the design to be incorporated into a complete Exciter Array (Water Fuel Capacitor(C)) Kit.

Q. How much power is required to operate the Water Fuel Capacitor and how much energy do I get out?
A. The input power requirements are from zero to 400 watts of electricity normally. The output is in the form of a monatomic form of Hydrogen and Oxygen gases which are then burned as fuel while in an unstable state. The amount of energy created by burning the Hydrogen/oxygen gases will depend on the application but generally it will produce around 4 kJ/mol when the gases are burnt in this unstable state.
Q. Isn’t this just basic electrolysis?
A. No, electrolysis uses a chemical process to break the bonds of the water molecules.The electrical polarization process uses a physical process to break the bonds of the water molecules.
Q. Why don’t these cells get hot?
A. Unlike electrolysis there is practically no current flow between the plates with the Electrical Polarization Process. Thus no energy is wasted in the form of heat like that of a typical electrolysis system.
Q. Will this technology damage my engine?
A. No, In fact it will increase the life of the engine as there will be no more carbon build-up and, unlike gasoline and diesel, water simply doesn’t mix with oil without an emulsifying agent being added to the system. Thus, no more thinning out of the oil as it gets more and more fuel mixed with it over time. This increase the time between oil changes from around 3 k miles to around 15-30 k miles. Note: All cars are built to deal with water getting into the oil and crankcase which is why they all run at temperatures that are over the boiling point of water so if any water does find it’s way past the piston rings will be boiled off and sent through the combustion chamber by the evap system or flow out into the atmosphere through ventilation systems as steam or water vapor.
Q. Doesn’t all of this violate the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics?
A. No, the science behind this technology is new. The science that explains how it works doesn’t exist in our current scientific literature currently in publication right now. A peer review paper is being planned so that the science does find it’s way into our educational systems worldwide.

A. Yes, in fact it is far safer than gasoline, diesel, propane, LPG, Nitrogen fuel, or natural gas. In the event of an accident the only thing in the fuel tank is water. And depending on which part of the technology is used, hydrogen is generated on demand at the point of use and is very hard to burn in the open air due to it is a lighter than air gas that rises at a rate of 20 meters per second as it is 14 times lighter than air. Basically it doesn’t sit around waiting for something or someone to ignite it like the other fuels do.
Q. Will there still be Nitrogen pollutants, NOx gases, being put into our atmosphere?
A. No, In fact, engines run on hydrogen in this manner actually cleans the air of pollutants as they have a negative pollution impact on our environment. This is due to a portion of the exhaust is sent back through the intake system which slows the burn rate of hydrogen resulting in lower temperatures in the combustion chamber and by lowering the temperature in the combustion chamber no NOx gases are produced. Also the Water Fuel Capacitor produces all the oxygen it needs for complete combustion so it doesn’t compete with all living things for the available oxygen in our atmosphere like engines run on fossil fuels do.
