Ed had a working mode up until his experiments went to far and he burned out his VIC transformer. He now has all the parts again and is set to get his car running purely on water. The announcement is coming soon. Ed would prefer that the exact model of the car he will be getting running on water not be known until their is sufficient public awareness to shield him.

What are the Risks and Challenges associated with your project?
Risks and Challenges: The Proof of Principle was demonstrated in Stanley Meyer’s original water splitting devices as hydrogen fuel was extracted from water with his Electrical Polarization invention that was documented in his patents through the mode of operability. True Green Solutions is simply reproducing the water splitting technology for use by the general public. Edward Mitchell has already built a working prototype and is now refining the design to be incorporated into a complete Exciter Array (Water Fuel Capacitor(C)) Kit.
The risk associated with this portion of the project is meeting the stated timeline. The completion date may be pushed back due uncertainties associated with the delivery of a number of the parts that must be ordered.

Q. How much power is required to operate the Water Fuel Capacitor and how much energy do I get out?
A. The input power requirements are from zero to 400 watts of electricity normally. The output is in the form of a monatomic form of Hydrogen and Oxygen gases which are then burned as fuel while in an unstable state. The amount of energy created by burning the Hydrogen/oxygen gases will depend on the application but generally it will produce around 4 kJ/mol when the gases are burnt in this unstable state.
Q. Isn’t this just basic electrolysis?
A. No, electrolysis uses a chemical process to break the bonds of the water molecules.The electrical polarization process uses a physical process to break the bonds of the water molecules.
Q. Why don’t these cells get hot?
A. Unlike electrolysis there is practically no current flow between the plates with the Electrical Polarization Process. Thus no energy is wasted in the form of heat like that of a typical electrolysis system.
Q. Will this technology damage my engine?
A. No, In fact it will increase the life of the engine as there will be no more carbon build-up and, unlike gasoline and diesel, water simply doesn’t mix with oil without an emulsifying agent being added to the system. Thus, no more thinning out of the oil as it gets more and more fuel mixed with it over time. This increase the time between oil changes from around 3 k miles to around 15-30 k miles. Note: All cars are built to deal with water getting into the oil and crankcase which is why they all run at temperatures that are over the boiling point of water so if any water does find it’s way past the piston rings will be boiled off and sent through the combustion chamber by the evap system or flow out into the atmosphere through ventilation systems as steam or water vapor.
Q. Doesn’t all of this violate the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics?
A. No, the science behind this technology is new. The science that explains how it works doesn’t exist in our current scientific literature currently in publication right now. A peer review paper is being planned so that the science does find it’s way into our educational systems worldwide.
Q. Is this technology safe?
A. Yes, in fact it is far safer than gasoline, diesel, propane, LPG, Nitrogen fuel, or natural gas. In the event of an accident the only thing in the fuel tank is water. And depending on which part of the technology is used, hydrogen is generated on demand at the point of use and is very hard to burn in the open air due to it is a lighter than air gas that rises at a rate of 20 meters per second as it is 14 times lighter than air. Basically it doesn’t sit around waiting for something or someone to ignite it like the other fuels do.
Q. Will there still be Nitrogen pollutants, NOx gases, being put into our atmosphere?
A. No, In fact, engines run on hydrogen in this manner actually cleans the air of pollutants as they have a negative pollution impact on our environment. This is due to a portion of the exhaust is sent back through the intake system which slows the burn rate of hydrogen resulting in lower temperatures in the combustion chamber and by lowering the temperature in the combustion chamber no NOx gases are produced. Also the Water Fuel Capacitor produces all the oxygen it needs for complete combustion so it doesn’t compete with all living things for the available oxygen in our atmosphere like engines run on fossil fuels do.
